Your Online Order: After you have clicked the "Confirm Order" button during the check out process, your order begins to process. After payment is received, the items you purchased are pulled, packed and shipped to the address specified. You will receive emails about your order status.

Order Confirmation E-mail: This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this email for your records.

Shipping Confirmation E-mail: This email confirms that your order has shipped and includes a shipment tracking number. 

Secure Payment Via PayPal: RCD Corporation’s Online Store processes payments via PayPal, a secure payment gateway. When you click the "Confirm Order" button you are transferred to the secure PayPal website for the input and processing of your payment information. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card, you should notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Shipping: The item(s) you purchase will be shipped via UPS, with the applicable charges applied to your order. Aerosol sprays can not be shipped via air services; ground transport only.

When your order is delivered, immediately inspect the carton(s) for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if major damage is evident you have the right to refuse delivery from the carrier.

Returns: No returns are accepted except in the case of damaged or incorrect shipment of ordered items. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Following evaluation, RCD Corp. will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Mark the return package with the return authorization number. In no case are returns allowed beyond 10 days of the delivery date.
